Muscle Cramps
Cramps in the muscles occur when muscle fail to stretch out after contracting. Muscle cramps may be caused by electrolyte deficiency, physical overexertion, staying in one position for too long, imbalanced hormones, allergies, poor circulation, etc.
Advice
- Always eat green leafy vegetables, kelp, alfalfa, cornmeal.
- Drink plenty of fluids.
- Hot baths with mineral salts will help the blood flow right before bedtime.
- If you do strenuous exercise you need to rub flax seed oil or unprocessed olive oil.
- Impaired circulation is if your cramping stops after you stop walking but continues if you keep walking.
