Studies also suggest that those groups that limit dairy or eliminate it all together enjoy higher rates of cancer free existences, so limit your dairy, especially the high fat variety, which is particularly bad for you. You also should limit fatty meats, and only consume poultry and deep sea, fatty fishes as your protein source.
